Built for demanding conditions, the Performance Lab Waterproof Jacket is constructed from Polartec® AirCore™, a highly breathable, non-PFAS 3-layer fabric engineered to balance weather protection and airflow during high-output activity. Made with recycled face and backing fabrics, AirCore™ features a hydrophobic nanofiber membrane created through electrospinning, producing microscopic filaments approximately 100 times smaller than a human hair. The air-permeable membrane allows heat and moisture vapor to escape while providing protection from wind and rain, with stretch for unrestricted movement in variable conditions. Details include fully bonded seams with a repeating wordmark, waterproof zippers, adjustable cuffs, and a structured hood for added protection. Flat pockets and the zippered front placket are finished with metal buttons, referencing traditional sportswear detailing within a technical construction.
